MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (June 30, 2020) Late this afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 87 new COVID-19 confirmed cases.
Fifty-six of the new cases are in the Bullhead City service area. Twenty-five cases are in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are four in the Kingman service area and two in the North County service area. The one new death is a 90+ person in the Lake Havasu City area, a previously reported positive case.
Of the 56 cases in the Bullhead City area, 31 remain under investigation. Nine of those are 20-29; four are 30-39; four are 40-49; six are 50-59; three are 60-69; three are 70-79; one is 80-89; one is 90+.
The remaining 25 Bullhead City area cases are recovering at home and are linked to another confirmed case. Three are 0-10; one is 11-19; four are 20-29; three are 30-39; four are 40-49; four are 50-59; three are 60-69; two are 70-79; one is 80-89.
Of the 25 Lake Havasu City cases, 21 remain under investigation. One is 11-19; one is 20-29; 7 are 30-39; two are 40-49; four are 50-59; four are 60-69; two are 70-79. The remaining four cases are recovering at home and are linked to another case. Three of those are 30-39; one is 60-69.
Of the four Kingman area cases two are recovering at home and linked to another case. One is 30-39 and the other is 40-49. The other two cases are still under investigation. Both are 50-59.
The two North County cases are both under investigation. One is 11-19 and the other is 20-29.
There are now 250 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including 13 deaths, 315 in Kingman, with a total of 43 deaths there, and 31 cases in “North County,” formerly referred to as “Other”(composed of a number of smaller Mohave County communities,) and 547in Bullhead City, including 25 deaths. There are now a total of – 8 deaths in the county from the disease. Total positive cases –—–1,142.
