Street Fight Leads to Two Warrant Arrests

KINGMAN – According to Kingman Police Department, on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, around 12:20 p.m., Kingman Police arrested Johnathan Edgar Daves, 25 and Elizabeth E. Davis, 40 both of Kingman.

Johnathan Edgar Daves was arrested on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay (warrant).

Elizabeth E. Davis was arrested on felony charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, theft (warrant) and two misdemeanor warrants for contempt of court. 

Officers responded to the 4000 block of Monte Silvano Ave. regarding the report that several subjects were fighting.  When officers arrived they found five adult subjects fighting in the street. 

It was determined that there had been a dispute about the possession of a vehicle. During this time it was discovered that both Daves and Davis had warrants for their arrests. 

Daves was found to be in possession of heroin and associated drug paraphernalia. Davis was also observed attempting to conceal drug paraphernalia. 

Both were booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
