KINGMAN – According to Kingman Police Department, on Monday, August 5, 2019 around 7:45 a.m., KPD officers arrested Spencer Douglas Freeman, 41 of Golden Valley, on felony charges of flight from law enforcement, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On July 29, 2019 an officer attempted to stop Freeman in the downtown Kingman area for a traffic violation. Freeman, who was operating an unregistered ATV, fled from the officer and was not located.
On Monday the same officer observed the ATV at a residence in the 200 block of Maple St.
Freeman was observed exiting the residence at which time he was taken into custody. Freeman was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Freeman was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
