KINGMAN — Kingman Fire is about to launch a new program for the citizens of Kingman.
KFD is partnering with QR911, a QR Code reader based program. This is a free program to the citizens of Kingman. This program will assist Kingman Fire personnel download needed medical history and health concerns of our citizens in a critical life event.
If the patient is unconscious or there are no family members that are immediately available to answer life saving question, they can gain access through the QR911 code to assist our citizens more rapidly.
The medical information is securely stored and fire personnel are the only ones that can access the information through a password protected system that alerts the user, battalion chief EMS and the fire chief access to the vital information.
