YUCCA — Three Lake Havasu City residents were involved in a rollover accident in Yucca on June 17.
Mohave County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded about 11:30 a.m. June 17 to the area of Alamo Road and Rawhide Road about a single-vehicle rollover accident.
According to MCSO, one of the occupants was ejected and unresponsive, and two other people were still in the vehicle. The Yucca Fire District, American Medical Response and a CareFlight helicopter responded to the scene.
The driver, Prince Billings, 24, of Lake Havasu City, was ejected from the vehicle and sustained head injuries, fractured ribs and a back injury. He was airlifted to Phoenix.
The other passengers, Joshua Dehertoghe, 39, of Lake Havasu City, and Justin Hester, 21, of Lake Havasu City, were taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center for evaluation.
According to MCSO, initial investigation indicated the driver over corrected as he negotiated a turn and lost control. He struck the ditch and rolled into an empty field.
This investigation is ongoing.
