KINGMAN — A limited number of firewood permits are now available through the Mohave County Division of Emergency Management.
Forestry wildland fire mitigation activities inside the Hualapai Mountain Park this summer have generated a sizeable amount of timber waste materials.
The general public may request a free firewood permit for up to one (1) cord (4’ x 4’ x 8’) while supplies last. Firewood will be made available for public pick-up on a first come, first serve basis through the months of July and August.
For more information on permit requirements and scheduling, contact Mohave County Emergency Management by phone at 928-753-0739. Email Mike Browning at firstname.lastname@example.org or Jazmyne Tarkowski at email@example.com.
