TORONTO — The Rolling Stones are delighted to announce the rescheduling of their 2019 ‘No Filter’ North American tour in full. All the cities from the previous postponed shows are locked in with full details of 17 concerts announced today.
Stones No Filter will now kick off in Chicago with two shows, June 21 and June 25 and are scheduled to be at the Arizona State Farm Stadium on August 26 in Glendale.
Mick Jagger’s health contributed to the 17 tour dates that had to be cancelled earlier this year.
According to an official press release on the band’s website, Jagger has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time, as he needs medical treatment. The doctors have advised Jagger that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible.
Jagger apologized March 30 to his fans on a Twitter post.
“I’m so sorry to all our fans in America and Canada with tickets,” said Jagger.
“I really hate letting you down like this. I’m devastated for having to postpone the tour, but I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can. Once again, huge apologies to everyone.”
Tickets sold for the original date will be honored. Fans will not need to exchange the tickets. Those who cannot attend the rescheduled date can refund their tickets by accessing their Ticketmaster account.
