National Public Safety Telecommunications Week

KINGMAN — The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office celebrated National Public Safety Telecommunications Week from April 14 to 20. MCSO highlighted the hard work and dedication of their dispatchers.

Several restaurants provided lunch for the dispatchers during the week. The donors were Jersey Mike’s Subs, Kingman Walmart, Ed’s Deli of Lake Havasu and Bullhead City Police and Fire Departments.

Many businesses donated goodie bags. Some of the donors include Slightly High Maintenance Salon and Boutique, Innovative Stonework and Landscape, Siren’s Café, Dream’s & Rainbows, Jersey Mike’s and Cerbat Lanes. Children from Mrs. Delgado’s second grade class at Kingman Academy Primary School made thank you cards.

Gifts, cards and snacks were donated by the Kingman Fire Department Dispatch, Bullhead City Dispatch, the Sheriff’s Volunteer Posse, District 3 deputies and staff, Colorado City Communication Center and Native Air 8.
