Man Allegedly Runs from KPD

KINGMAN — The Kingman Police Department arrested a Kingman man for resisting arrest and trespassing.

KPD apprehended Christopher Lee Savage, 32, of Kingman, about 11:30 a.m. April 17 on a felony charge of resisting arrest and a misdemeanor charge of trespassing in the first degree.

Police said Savage had an unrelated misdemeanor warrant and they attempted to contact him while he was doing yard work near Motor Avenue and Harrison Street. Savage allegedly fled on foot and jumped in and out of several fenced residential yards. KPD said he entered a home in the 2200 block of Harrison Street and was later captured near Gates Avenue and Harrison Street.

Savage was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
