KINGMAN — A suspect for a reported shoplifting incident in Kingman has been apprehended.
The Kingman Police Department arrested John Baptist Miskill Jr., 37, of Kingman, about 3:50 p.m. April 15 on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor of shoplifting.
Police said Miskill was the suspect in a reported shoplifting incident at a store in the 3300 blk. of N. Stockton Hill Road. It was reported that Miskill ran from the store’s security staff.
KPD said they located Miskill in a wash behind the store, where he was taken into custody and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and the associated drug paraphernalia.
Miskill was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
