KINGMAN — The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Steven Allan Davis, 34, and Diana David, 35, both of Kingman, at approximately 8:30 a.m., April 3, for drugs and drug paraphernalia.
According to MCSO, deputies spotted a potentially stolen vehicle with two occupants in the parking lot of a business and performed a records check. It was determined to be stolen and deputies approached the vehicle. They found Davis to be the driver and David to be the passenger. A search yielded 0.6 grams of methamphetamine, 0.3 grams of heroin, a bag of assorted prescription pills and several items of drug paraphernalia. Deputies interviewed the pair and found conflicting stories on how they obtained the vehicle.
Both subjects were charged with theft/control of stolen property, dangerous drug violation, narcotic drug violation and two counts of drug paraphernalia violation, all felonies. Davis and David were arrested and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
